Usyk Promoted to Commercial Lines Account Manager at Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy

Patricia Usyk has been promoted to the position of account manager in the Commercial Lines department at the Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy insurance agency in New Hartford.

Her responsibilities will include assessing clients' business insurance needs, providing responsive coverage solutions and acting as a liaison between the agency and the insurance carriers it represents.

At the same time, Usyk has been named the firm's employee of the quarter for the third quarter of 2005. She was recognized for her performance as commercial account technician, where she worked in conjunction with the department¹s account managers and insurance carriers in the areas of billing, processing endorsements, renewals and audits.

She is a licensed property and casualty agent with more than nine years of experience in the insurance field. She recently earned the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ASCR) professional designation from the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York (IIABNY) and continues to pursue property and casualty studies.
